HOME USERS:
The hourly rates posted do not apply to home users. I can provide flat rate charges for home users with an estimate. No work is done without your approval. I provide very fair flat rate charges for home user repairs / work done. Home user's flat rates may be combined for lower pricing and includes free pickup and delivery for overnight work such as virus removal which can take up to 48 hours.
BUSINESS USERS:
- Payment for my services is required immediately upon job completion, before I leave your site.
- A person with cheque signing and work granting permission authority must be present the entire time while I do work for you.
- A call out fee applies to every business customer service call.
- A minimum 1 hour labor charge applies.
I charge competitive hourly rates for any type of work requested. Most businesses I support are small to medium in size with under 30 users on site. I can provide priority service, (meaning visit your office immediately before my next client who is already scheduled),and after hours and weekends service for an extra charge if requested. If you are looking for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance I can provide that also at a reduced rate. Hourly rates are calculated based on several factors and are disclosed upon visiting you after a consultation only.
HOURS OF OPERATION:

- Monday - Friday, (9:00AM - 5:00PM)...Billed at the regular hourly rate - (Specific to each client. Please call to make an appointment for an onsite quote).
- Weeknights and weekend rates ...Calculated based on your regular hourly rate - (Specific to each client. Please call to make an appointment for an onsite quote).
There is a 1 hour minimum charge for all work regardless if it's on site, through email, on the phone, or assisting you remotely. If the job only takes 5 minutes to complete, and you requested I visit on site, then you will be billed a minimum for one hour of labour. Bills are calculated in 1 hour increments after reaching 15 mins past the hour. For example, If I do 1 hour and 15 mins work for you, then your bill will be for 2 hours. I have found this method to be beneficial to my customers to give them the service they need, while at the same time making sure I do not go out of business by using my billable time and my fuel driving to customer sites or potentially working for free.
If the work was not on site, then you will not be billed anything as long as the support does not go beyond 5 minutes of assistance. If support goes beyond 5 minutes, then you will be charged in 15 minutes increments. (This includes any support, advice, or consultation given by telephone, email, or remote assistance.)
EMERGENCY SERVICE: If you do not have a yearly service contract with my company, whether I can help depends on the time, day, and my availability.
Business users only: If you have a technical issue that requires immediate attention and it's after 5:00PM on a weekday, or you need help on a weekend, I may or may not be available to assist, but if so, it would be at an increased Premium hourly rate. I will do my best to accomodate your needs if I am available. (Service Contract holders can enjoy lower hourly rates, regular monthly maintenance, regular backups made of each computer, priority service, and if chosen, even anytime 24x7 after hours support. There is even an option for unlimited tech support where you pay just one flat rate bill each month and you get truly unlimited tech support!)
Note: After hours / Emergency service is not usually available for home users but I may still be available. If it's past 5:00PM please leave a message for a callback. I will do my best to accomodate your needs if I am available.
